This 5 bedroom home sleeps 12 people and is one of the larger properties we rent in the Coastal Orange County area. Parking, Linens, and towels are provided. Propane is included with the gas BBQ located in the private backyard with laundry machines located in our 2 car garage. (Parking for an additional 2 vehicles on the driveway)

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
-We ask for the cooperation of the renter to accommodate showings with a 48 hour notice. Showing should take place between 10 and 4pm. As we realize this might be a slight inconvenience to your stay, we are committed to not disrupt your stay to an unreasonable amount. The showings, if any, only last about 15 minutes on average.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

-This is a 1 story Single family home.
-Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
-(4) Designated parking spots are provided, (2) garage and (2) tandem Driveway.
-Crib/Pack n' Play & High Chair must be requested prior to your stay.
PETS
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. These fees will be charged AFTER your reservation has been created and is NOT included in the original reservation price. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
