For those who don't know that area, The Shops at Fashion Island, Balboa Island, Downtown Laguna Beach, Crystal Cove, Newport Coast are all just a few minutes by car/Uber.

- 305 Fearnleaf has 2 Structures, a tri-plex in the rear over the garage and a Duplex property which is being rented in this advertisement, you are renting 1/2 of the Duplex Building.
- DAYTIME & OVERNIGHT Maximum Occupancy Limit - 8
(You may not exceed Occupancy without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management)
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Must sign a liability waiver in order to use our boogie boards.
- One Designated Garage Parking Spot in a shared garage.
- Home has multiple sets of stairs. 1 full set of stairs to access the 2nd/main level as well as a set of 3 steps in the bedroom and bathroom.
- Crib/Pack n' Play & High Chair must be requested prior to your stay.
PETS
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. These fees will be charged AFTER your reservation has been created and is NOT included in the original reservation price. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
