The space
Our home is upstairs right off the main drag of Balboa Island. Whats great about our home is our LOCATION! Perfect for the business traveler of 1 or a small family of 4 looking to enjoy the beach. Steps from all the action on Balboa Island.

Amenities not to be overlooked are: Garage Parking for a single oversized vehicle, in unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, Cable/Smart TV's, and all the beach amenities you could ever need. If you want to know if we provide something, please just ask!

HOME LOCATION

Located on balboa island just a quick walk to the water and Ferry. From our condo you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, Duffy boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do.

For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the channel via ferry making this condo an ideal location for small families.

For those of you wanting to sunbathe on the beach, you can hop on the Balboa Island Ferry to the Newport Beach Peninsula home to miles of Sandy beaches.


IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.

- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.

- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.

- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beach goers should be expected.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Unit is located on the 2nd floor, stairs will be required to access this property.
- You are provided 1 Parking Spot in the two-car shared garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay.

PETS
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. These fees will be charged AFTER your reservation has been created and is NOT included in the original reservation price. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
