HOME LOCATION:
This property is located in Balboa area between 14th & 15th St. between Newport and Balboa Piers. You can walk or ride our bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, Lombardy's market, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.
For those of you with kids, The nearby Bay beach is perfect for families. Marina Park is just a few minutes away with a giant Grass area to hang out at making this home an ideal location for families.

This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.

Parking: You are provided one designated space in the garage. Mid‑sized vehicles are recommended for the easiest access.
Laundry
A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.
High Chair & Pack ’n Play
High chair and Pack ‘n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.
Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
