This property was in an excellent location. Away from the hustle and bustle of Newport Beach but close enough for a quick car ride there. Did more lunches and dinners in Huntington Beach. Tower 17 was very response to our needs when there was a problem with the internet. The residence was clean and represented well by the pictures. We enjoyed our time here very much.

We came to many rentals in Newport and none of them compare to this one. They thought of everything from the bikes and beach toys for kids to the toaster over in the beautiful kitchen. They made it where you don’t have to bring anything but yourself and your clothes. They truly thought of it all. Not to mention the 3 balconies with great views. This place was everything we could have asked for and more! Host was very quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be back!

Tower 17 properties were great hosts. The property was outstanding. Fantastic location, exceptional amenities and very clean. If we had any questions they responded quickly and took care of any issues immediately. WE would definitely rent through them again. Thank you!

We completely enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family. Right next to the beach and close to everything. The manager was so accommodating and always responded quickly. It had everything we needed for the beach and more.

We have rented in Newport Beach four other times and this was by far our favorite place. The picture of the view in the listing does not do it justice. We walked in the door and the view through the windows made each of us say WOW. It was simply beautiful. The house had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The beds were as comfortable as a 5-star hotel. Besides the view and being right on the beach, we loved that we had access to bikes to make daily trips to the pier. We also used boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys that were already there. I walked 4 times to the liquor/grocery store just across the street to pick up things that we needed (organic milk, ice, chips). That was SO convenient. Brandon is a great host. He answered every text immediately. I don't have anything to say that could have been better. It was awesome. I look forward to our next visit. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time at this property. The location was amazing - the beach is your front yard and it’s close to so many Newport activities. The house was well stocked and it had everything we needed and more! Brandon, Aaron and team were amazing hosts - we cant wait to come back and rent again.

I cannot say enough good things about this home!! I simply did not want to go home!! We stayed in their oceanfront 4 bedroom (Website hidden by Airbnb) was HUGE and SO COMFORTABLE! The upstairs master bedroom and the living space had the most beautiful views of the sand/ocean. You hear the waves at night, and it was absolutely divine. The home was immaculate and well stocked. It was perfect for our family with very young children. Bathtubs for bathing them...carpet so they could play with toys. Sand right in front for them to play in. Walking distance to both Newport and Balboa piers, but not in the crazy loud part of Newport. The best part was the host. Brandon was excellent with communication and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We look forward to coming back again and again!!!
