Tower 17 Properties and Management LLC was founded by Brandon Fuller, inspired by a proud family legacy rooted in hospitality and property management. From an early age, Brandon spent his summers working alongside his grandfather, who successfully owned and operated multiple short-term rental properties in Newport Beach. Through hands-on experience overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining homes to the highest standards, and thoughtfully preparing each space to welcome guests, Brandon cultivated a deep appreciation for exceptional service, meticulous attention to detail, and operational excellence.

What began as a vision centered around a single property has since grown into a comprehensive, full-service property management company. Tower 17 is built on a foundation of integrity, personalized service, and an unwavering commitment to delivering value—not only to homeowners, but also to guests and the surrounding community. Each property is managed with care, professionalism, and with a hospitality-first mindset that reflects the company’s roots.

Prior to founding Tower 17 Properties and Management, Brandon enjoyed a successful and lucrative career in finance, where he earned his Series 7 and 66 and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). While he excelled in the financial sector, his enduring passion for property management and real estate investment ultimately inspired him to establish Tower 17 Properties. By combining financial expertise with a lifelong dedication to hospitality, Brandon has created a company uniquely positioned to help property owners maximize returns while preserving the integrity and character of their homes.
