Parking Details
-There is 1 designated parking spot included with this unit that will fit smaller to mid size SUV's. Public street parking on Balboa Blvd is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and street sweeping/paid parking signs and rules must be followed. Please do not attempt to park in any of the garage spaces or block the alley.
- No Parking in the Alley Parking is a very serious violation in Newport Beach for Vacation Rentals. You will receive a parking Ticket ($87+) a ($1,000) City Fine, and Tower 17 Properties will be forced to Evict.
High Chair & Pack ’n Play
High chair and Pack ‘n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
