This classic West Newport home sits right on the sand. Featuring a large patio, it's an ideal spot to enjoy cool ocean breezes with a cup of coffee in the morning or BBQ and soak in stunning views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets in the evenings.
As you walk into the kitchen area, a dining room table alongside the breakfast bar invites you to relax with a meal or a drink. The living area features comfortable leather couches and a flat screen TV and fabulous ocean views. Wooden cabinets and a dishwasher in the fully equipped kitchen provide everything you need to prepare meals or serve take out. A spare refrigerator in the over-sized single car garage is great for beverages.
Guests can access Right Garage & parking spot in driveway behind, as well as the oceanfront unit.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This is the Ground Level plus 1/2 of the 2nd Level. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd level, No View from Bedrooms.
- This Home is a Legal Duplex, you do not share any amenities including parking or patio.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected.
- Children Must Be supervised at all times especially when outdoors with access to the beach.
- This Home does not include a washer or dryer (there is a laundromat nearby)
-Fireplace is unusable
-Garage is suitable for Mid size SUVs , compact vehicles are recommended.
-Crib/Pack n' Play must be requested prior to your stay.
- No Patio Access after 10pm.
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/night time occupancy, etc.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

- Nighttime Occupancy 6 people. (after 9pm)
- Daytime Capacity may not exceed 8 people without written consent from the owner.
-Tenants are responsible for all penalties and fines incurred during their stay including but not limited to Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 5.95.020 regarding Occupancy and Municipal Code Section 5.95.050 (A) regarding Disturbing the Peace.
