Our 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Back unit of our Oceanfront home is professionally designed with beach decor and features a peek-a-boo ocean view and garage parking for two cars. This unit is perfectly located steps from the sand, a 2 minute walk to the Balboa pier, and is located right in front of the Newport Beach fire Pits. Enjoy a day on the beach and then roast marshmallows by the fire for a great evening with family and friends under the stars.

Guest access
Guests can access garage (spot B), shared laundry (free), as well as the upstairs back unit over garage (B). Guests do not have access to A unit Patio on the Boardwalk
Other things to note
IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
-Downstairs Patio is for the Lower unit only. Although the upstairs and downstairs can be rented together, this listing is for the upstairs B apt only.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected.
- Although your Large Trucks/SUVs may fit in our garage, compact vehicles are recommended. Garage Dimensions are 168 inches long (14 feet), 90 inches wide (7.5 feet), 78 inches high (6.5 feet)
-Crib/Pack n' Play must be requested prior to your stay.



PETS
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. These fees will be charged AFTER your reservation has been created and is NOT included in the original reservation price. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
