Garage, anywhere in the home (other than my cleaning cabinet) and the front patio.

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- Must be 25+ Years Old to Rent in the City of Newport Beach.
-Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
-City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10pm - 7am.
-No Patio Access after 10pm
-A pet fee of $399 will be charged AFTER the time of booking should you choose to Bring a Dog. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided by Airbnb.
-Crib/Pack n' Play & High Chair must be requested prior to your stay.
-Must sign a liability waiver in order to use our bikes, boogie boards, surfboards etc.
-This is the LOWER unit in a two-unit building, the 2 bedroom over the garage is also for rent. Each unit will receive 1 parking space in the 2 car garage.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected.
-Laundry facility located in the garage is shared.

Pet Information
This property owner does accept pets with a fee of $399. This fee will be charged AFTER your reservation has been created and is NOT included in the original reservation price. All pets must be registered at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on the property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and or cause a threat/harm to other residents we will ask that you remove the pet from the property or cancel your reservation without a refund of any amount
