As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.
Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
-No rooftop Patio noise after 10 pm.
Pet Policy
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may apply to cover any repairs or damages caused by pets.
