-This is a Duplex Home. The Beachfront Unit & Patio belongs to other tenants
-There is no Oceanview from the Home or Bedrooms (Only from the rooftop deck)
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected.
-No rooftop Patio noise after 10 pm.
-Crib/Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay.

PETS
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. These fees will be charged AFTER your reservation has been created and is NOT included in the original reservation price. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
