This home is located right above PCH only minutes from multiple pristine beaches and coves. In downtown Dana Point, you can walk the harbor and explore the shops and boats or find a highly rated restaurant to try. Our home is 15 minutes from Laguna Beach and 30 minutes from Newport Beach.

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.

- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Dana Point Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Stairs are required to access the second level of the home.
- You are provided 3 Parking Spots in the 3-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended.
- Fireplace must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
