From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do.

For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from across the Street.

For those of you with kids, Balboa Fun-zone is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.

For those of you wanting to Shop, you can hop on the Balboa Island Ferry and catch a quick taxi up the Hill to the Shops at Fashion Island.

- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
