We are renting our VERY CLEAN 1920's remodeled beach cottage. The home pictured is the owner's unit with the lower home rented to a year-round tenant which you would be sharing the garage, laundry, and back yard with.
This home is located in South Laguna on Terry Rd and is within walking distance to Victoria Beach with incredible sunset views.

Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation
