Our home is part of a multi-family building with two or more units on-site. Please inquire to rent the whole building. This advertisement is for 1 unit on the lower level. There is another unit on the second floor of the building.
Air-Conditioning
This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.
Parking Details
Parking: You are provided one designated space. Mid‑sized vehicles are recommended for the easiest access.
Laundry
Laundry Facilities are shared.Please be courteous and respectful when using this shared space. Be mindful of other guests’ schedules and remove items promptly.
High Chair & Pack ’n Play
High chair and Pack ‘n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of San Diego “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
