This home is located right above Victoria Beach, 10 minutes from Main Street, and only minutes from multiple pristine beaches and coves. In downtown Laguna, you can walk the streets and explore the artistic nature that Laguna has to offer or find a highly rated restaurant to try. The Free Trolley takes your throughout Laguna Beach via Pacific Coast Hwy. Our home is 10 minutes from Dana Point harbor and 20 minutes from Newport Beach.

Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.

Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Laguna Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
