^^^ Tenants must comply with City of San Diego Municipal Code Section 10.26.015 pertaining to acceptable Decibel Levels, 55 DBA (7am-9pm) and 50 DBA (9pm - 7am)
- Overnight Occupancy 11 people. (after 9pm)
- Daytime Occupancy may not exceed 11 people without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management.
^^^Tenants are responsible for all penalties and fines incurred during their stay including but not limited to San Diego Municipal Code Section 5.95.020 regarding Occupancy and Municipal Code Section 5.95.050 (A) regarding Disturbing the Peace.
- All reservations created for a same day check in are subject to a 5pm check in time.
- No Smoking (Marijuana & Vaping included)
- No Parties/Unauthorized gatherings
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. These fees will be charged AFTER your reservation has been created and is NOT included in the original reservation price. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
