The living Room features a cozy couch with indoor fireplace and 55 inch TV.. The Kitchen has all brand new state of the art appliances including an automated Microwave opens as a drawer at the touch of a button. The Wolf Oven and Stovetop are perfect for those who love to cook.

Level 3
On the Third floor is the Primary Master Suite with (1) King sized bed.
The master suite features its own Dry Bar and En-Suite bathroom with a dual sink/vanity, and oversized Shower and His/Hers walk in closets. Across the hallway is the Laundry room along with Bedroom 4 featuring (1) Queen sized bed and an En-Suite Bathroom.

Level 4
On the 4th floor, you will find our Oversized Rooftop Deck. Our expansive rooftop deck is a main highlight of the property as you can see 360 degree views of the ocean and bay with Downtown Long Beach in the Distance. You will also find a Gas BBQ as well as a outdoor dining Area w/ Market Lights for ambience.

HOME LOCATION

Located just steps from the Beach AND Alamitos Bay! This property is only a few minutes from the dining and shopping of Second Street in Belmont Shore, as well as Naples Island, and 2nd&PCH you are never far from the action.

From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Naples island, or the beach path to Downtown Long Beach along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, and Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far.

For those seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures depart from Downtown Long Beach. Kayak Rental and Stand up paddle boarding is available on the Bay side

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.

- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.

- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.

- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Long Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Rooftop Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- You are provided 2 Parking Spots in the two-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended.
