LIVING AREA

Floor-to-ceiling windows and a gas fireplace create a warm and inviting ambience in the living area. Snuggle up on the sectional and stream shows on the TV with Chromecast. Check emails or write postcards at the desk.

KITCHEN & DINING

Indulge your inner chef in the sparkling kitchen, outfitted with quartz countertops and state-of-the-art appliances. Perch with drinks at the kitchen bar for three as dinner simmers.

When meals are ready, gather around the table for four in the dining area.

BED & BATH

Bedroom 1 -Primary Suite: King bed and a TV. Furnished with a chaise lounge, the private balcony invites you to soak up the sun. The en-suite bath has a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: King bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3: Queen Bed as well as a spacious desk and a library.

The third bath has a tub/shower combination, and a half bath provides additional convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The rooftop deck is outfitted with everything you'll need to enjoy the beautiful SoCal weather! Barbecue locally inspired meals on the gas grill then dine alfresco in the shade at the table for three. Plush seating around the gas fireplace allows space for quality time on peaceful nights.

LOCATION

Located 500-feet from the beach, you can walk to the surf in 2 minutes! Later, stroll to local eateries on your street or travel 1 mile to the heart of the peninsula to find even more local shops and dining.

You're also 500-feet away from watching the sunset at Mother's Beach and Newport Harbor. Stroll to the Balboa Ferry and rent a Duffy boat and explore the harbor!

Drive 1 mile to snap a perfect portrait on the Balboa Pier or catch a ferry to the island. While you're in the area, discover family fun at Balboa Fun Zone or the Balboa Peninsula Park.

This rental is on the second floor. An elevator is not available.

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.

- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.

- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.

- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected.
- Parking notes: you'll find assigned parking for 1 car on the right side of the shared carport behind the condo. Please do not park on the left side, as this space is reserved for the neighboring unit. (Be sure to leave room next to your car for the neighbor to park.) Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
