This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.
Parking Details
Parking: You are provided one designated space in the two‑car garage. Mid‑sized vehicles are recommended for the easiest access.
Laundry
Laundry facilities are shared and is coin operated. Please be courteous and respectful when using this shared space. Be mindful of other guests schedules and remove items promptly.

High chair and Pack ‘n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
