Brandon Fuller

Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado in Boulder and holds FINRA series 7 and 66 registrations. Brandon is also a certified financial planner professional. He values honesty, collaboration, efficiency and customer service. Very dedicated to his business and clientele, he is always at the top of his game.

Aaron Smith

Born and Raised in Orange County, Aaron earned a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Marketing and Management from Arizona State University in 2013. After college, he moved to Mammoth Lakes, CA where he worked in marketing for the town's visitor's bureau and a family owned hotel. After moving back home to Orange County, He accepted a position as Digital Marketing Specialist with a local property management company. Aaron brings professional software and technology knowledge to Tower 17 and is an expert in the short term rental space. He joined forces with Brandon in 2019 to turn his vision into reality and develop the best vacation rental company in Newport Beach.

Bobby Trujillo

Growing up in Orange County, Bobby has always envisioned being able to share his love of the California coastal lifestyle with families that want to spend their much-deserved vacations, toes in the sand and enjoying all that Newport Beach has to offer. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama in 2011, he moved back home to reconnect with his West Coast roots. He spent nine years in the commercial office furniture industry and joins our team excited to take a hands-on approach to build Tower 17 Properties into the premier at-will Property Management organization in Newport Beach. During my off time, you can usually run into me enjoying the California outdoors with a cup of coffee in hand and my wife and dogs close by my side.

Ashley Fuller

Ashley was born and raised in Orange County. She loves spending quality time with her kids and values the moments that matter most outside of work. Ashley brings leadership, care, and attention to detail into everything she does, with a focus on supporting both her team and the clients and relationships she oversees. Favorite Restaurant in Newport: Louie’s by the Bay.

Kailey Robb

Kailey is a Guest Relations Coordinator from Huntington Beach, California. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, and working out. Kailey makes sure every guest leaves with a great experience and finds it most rewarding to help create memorable, comfortable stays. Her favorite properties are 1704 W Oceanfront and 304 E Oceanfront, and she enjoys grabbing a bite at Chihuahua Cerveza, TRUE Bowl, or Avila’s El Ranchito.

Mary Lou Duncan

Mary is a Guest Relations Coordinator from the Los Angeles / Long Beach area. On her days off, she loves traveling, though most days are spent tackling household projects and shopping. She enjoys gardening, visiting museums, exploring restaurants, and cheering on football. At work, Mary values guest relations and the connections she builds with her coworkers. Her favorite property is 1704 W. Oceanfront with a relaxing stop at the Winery or Gulfstream

Cole Skeen

Cole grew up in Tustin, California. He enjoys hanging out with friends, watching sports, and getting out on the golf course when he can. In his role, Cole appreciates learning hands-on household skills that he can use both at work and in his personal life. He takes pride in keeping properties running smoothly and enjoys going to Malarky’s after a job well done.

Sean Grater

Sean works in Property Maintenance and grew up in Orange County, California. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and values the balance it brings to his life. Sean loves that every day on the job brings a new and fun experience, keeping things fresh and interesting. His favorite property is 117 46th St, also known as The Royal Beach Castle, and he enjoys eating at Dory Deli.

Max Melheim

Max Melheim works in Property Maintenance and is based in Orange, California. He enjoys spending time at the beach whenever he can. What he loves most about his job is keeping properties in great shape for guests and owners alike. His favorite property is 1016 E Balboa, and Great Mex is his go-to spot to grab a bite.

Julie Gauger

Julie is a Property Inspector born and raised in Long Beach, California. She loves going on motorcycle rides, spending time with her grandbabies, and reading whenever she gets the chance. Julie takes pride in making thoughtful improvements to homes to ensure every guest enjoys their stay, especially by setting welcoming lights that create a warm first impression. She also values building strong relationships with homeowners and considers 6920 E Ocean Blvd and 1016 E Balboa among her favorites, with Avila’s Restaurant or Cassidy’s as her go-to spots.

Yesenia Torres

Claudio Vergilio

Claudio is a Property Inspector from São Paulo, Brazil. In his free time, he enjoys slow mornings, cooking breakfast, hiking in nature, practicing yoga, and spending time with friends and family—especially boating in Mission Bay, San Diego with his partner. One of his favorite parts of the job is working outdoors by the ocean and taking in the sunsets, which make every day feel rewarding. His favorite properties include 6504 W Oceanfront and 115 28th, and he loves grabbing lunch at Great Mex Grill or dinner at The Winery Newport Beach.

Haley Melheim

Haley is a Property Inspector from Huntington Beach, California. She loves the variety her job brings and the little adventures that come with each day. Her favorite property is 3509 Seashore, and Taco Bell Cantina is her go-to spot for a fun bite.

Lisa Feniello

Lisa is a Property Inspector from Orange County, California. She enjoys hiking and taking beach walks with her dog in her free time. What she loves most about her work is the family-like environment and the connections she’s built with her team. Her favorite properties include 430 Carnation and 35391 Beach Road, and she enjoys dining at Avila’s Mexican Restaurant.

Paulette Kane

Paulette is a Property Inspector born and raised in Orange County. She loves spending time with her two chihuahuas, Coco and Cali, and enjoys cruising to the beach or park whenever the sun is out (which is most of the time!). Paulette’s favorite part of her job is her dynamic team, working near the ocean, and using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to keep things interesting. Her favorite property is 104 Onyx on Balboa Island, and her current favorite spot is Balboa Bay Resort’s A&O Restaurant for fish tacos and unbeatable waterfront views.
