Your reservation may be cancelled up to 60 days prior to your check in date for a full refund. If your reservation is within 60 days of your check in date, the reservation cancellation is non-refundable. Reservations booked on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO are subject to their own cancellation policy disclosed at checkout.

Each Reservation requires you to choose between a refundable security deposit or purchase of an Accidental Damage Waiver

The Damage Waiver is a required fee, and is not refundable. The Damage Waiver, which is not insurance, covers qualified damages to the rental Premises, provided the damage was not intentional, and was not the result of any illegal or prohibited use of the rental Premises

There are 4 levels of Damage Waivers. The cost and coverage of a Damage Waiver is a fixed amount for each property, and is based on each property’s value and furnishings.

$99 Damage Waiver covers up to $500 in accidental property damages
$149 Damage Waiver covers up to $1,000 in accidental property damages
$199 Damage Waiver covers up to $1,500 in accidental property damages
$299 Damage Waiver covers up to $2,500 in accidental property damages

We are a small, family-owned, and operated business, where we give attention to detail and the highest priority to all our guests.

We are happy to make any reccomendations for restaurants or activities. We are local to the area and love to share our knowledge with our beloved guests.

We accept all major credit cards with the exception of American Express. We do not accept Checks, Cash, Zelle/Venmo
