LOCATION

This property is located in Corona Del Mar alongside the famous Pacific Coast Highway. The Views gated community is located near China Cove & the Corona Del Mar State Beach. From this home, you can drive 5 minutes to the beach and or a number of world-class restaurants. For those who don't know that area, The Shops at Fashion Island, Balboa Island, Downtown Laguna Beach, Crystal Cove, Newport Coast are all just a few
minutes by car/Uber.


IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

-All guests must sign a rental agreement after making the booking. Failure to sign rental agreement can lead to cancellation of reservation.

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay.

- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.

- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Corona Del Mar Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Outdoor Music/Noise on patio/balcony
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
-You must climb (1) complete set of stairs to access the Home

Our Home is available June 15th - August 15th at a rate of $20,000.00 per month, 60 Days. 

Option 2
Our home can be reserved from June 15 - July 15 OR July 15th - August 15th for a rate of $22.5k per month 

Option 3
Our home can be reserved for $25,000.00 per month anytime between June 15 and Aug 15th for any length of time using a 30-night minimum per our HOA.
